I’m not an electronics expert, sorry for what might be a simple question. If I plug an Electron into the Carloop, and the Electron has the battery pack attached providing the only source of power, will the CAN transceiver on the Carloop receive power?
The Electron battery supplies only the Electron.
It does not back-feed power to the Carloop circuit board.
Carloop’s power supply takes it source from the OBD connector.
