Has anyone already written this carloop app?
turns wifi on in AP mode
listens on TCP 35000 and connects that to the car bus
logs the traffic between the client and car
Maybe the traffic could be viewed by connecting to another port using the same AP?
Anyway, there are apps and devices out there that can talk to the “elm wifi” adapters. This would make carloop become one of those adapters and also log the results so it’s easier to figure out what the app is saying to the car.
